The technician then takes as long as necessary to find out the cause of your system's malfunction. If it takes 15 minutes or three hours the cost will be the same.
Once our service technician has determined what the problem is, and what it will take to repair the equipment, you will be told what the problem is and the EXACT cost to repair it.
The option is then yours. If you choose to have the repair work done, you will know EXACTLY what it will cost. You now have control of the job...before the work is done.
